Buying a home in Spain is a lot different than what I (and probably others) are used to from Norway.
Therefore, it is important to have someone who has good knowledge - and not least safe experience from local conditions, both in terms of the legal, but also with good contacts and references to people who can help with more practical things.
Things that can actually be relatively time consuming.
