After thinking about housing on the Costa Blanca coast for a year, we contacted Morten in CasaVerano only to get some advice and also to get an overview of homes for sale in the area we wanted.
We had clear wishes about which area. It had to be in beautiful Torre de La Horadada and within walking distance to the beach, town center and marina. We also wanted a home of more recent date to avoid too much maintenance, and preferably in an area with a communal pool and outdoor areas.
Lots of private patio and continuous apartment were also important to us. In a couple of days, Morten returned with what turned out to be our dream home.
We knew the area, and felt so confident in the process with Morten that we took the chance and bought the home unseen only with the help of a prospectus and photos.
The whole process was done by him and his partners, while we sat at home in Norway and waited for a clear signal on the date to be able to book a flight down.
Morten met us in the apartment on the takeover date when we moved in for the summer, and everything was as we wanted. Nor have any unforeseen surprises appeared in retrospect. Morten and his partners also arranged insurance, water, electricity, tax return, grid rent and bank account with a fixed deduction for expenses.
So everything was ready to enjoy only new housing 250 m from the beach and 5 m from the pool. We are so super happy with the whole process and look forward every day that we made this choice and that we contacted Morten for professional and great help.
